There are many examples of what MS could (and should) have thought of if they just took a few minutes of thought. Sometimes I have experienced this too in a large bureaucratic where you thinking is crippled. Wisconsin is going through business woes yet again. GM has pulled out their Janesville plant (due to SUV sales slowing?) and Delphi (due to bankruptcy?).
